                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF HIGH STREET, MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, ON SATURDAY,
                   JUNE 12, 1993 FOR THE "STONE LION TAVERN
                   ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION" SPONSORED BY THE
                   STONE LION TAVERN AND THE CHATTANOOGA FOOD
                   BANK, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closure of High Street between East 4th Street and East 

       5th Street from 12:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 12,
       1993, for the presentation of the "Stone Lion Tavern Anniversary
       Celebration" sponsored by the Stone Lion Tavern and the
       Chattanooga Food Bank.  The sponsors are responsible for the
       installation and removal of all traffic control devices (such as
       cones, barricades, signs, etc.) in accordance with the traffic
       control plan attached hereto.  The sponsors shall provide, at all 

       times, an access lane for residents' and emergency vehicles.
